freshly gathered eggs and stuffed with genuine Vermont Cabot cheddar,
served with a fresh fruit sundae and lemon bread baked from an heirloom
recipe. Have you ever savored glazed bananas and applesauce pancakes? You could - very easily! Plenty to do...or just relax! In warm weather, explore our forest trails or relax on the garden deck. In cold weather, cross-country ski or snowshoe out the front door, or enjoy a game of checkers, Scrabble, backgammon, or cards in the cozy game room with a beautiful glowing woodstove. And help feed the inn's chickens any time of year! For the comfort and safety of the inn's guests, smoking is allowed only outdoors, away from the buildings.We've replaced television with relaxing conversation, hundreds of books, and magazines to read by the fireplace.
