If you are thinking of a small, romantic ceremony in the mountains, we can help. And if you like the outdoors, rustic wood-beamed rooms with antique furniture, beautiful forests, lakes and streams, quiet evenings in front of a stone fireplace, we have the kind of facility you like. Our inn is an ideal size for intimate events of 25 or fewer people.
Whether you dream of a ceremony for just the two of you or with a small group of family and friends in front of our stone fireplace, at a clearing in our forest, on the garden deck with curious hummingbirds zipping in for a look, we will help you each step of the way.
Vermont is a very popular state for weddings, so there are many florists, caterers, photographers, and other suppliers who can easily handle your event.

We would be happy to host your ceremony whether you purchase the package or not. Just give us a call or email to discuss what works best for you.
Here is a package to get your planning started:
- Two nights lodging in your choice of our best rooms (as available): a cabin, suite with queen bed, or standard room with king bed - each with private bathroom, quilt covered bed, and country antique furnishings
- Delicious
full cooked Vermont breakfasts each morning
Two passes to the Ben & Jerry's ice cream factory tour - Scenic cruise on Lake Champlain (late May to mid October)
- Directions for a self-guided tour of area waterfalls and covered bridges
- Two nights of romantic dinners at two of the area's leading restaurants
- Help in making arrangements to get the license and lining up an officiant to conduct the ceremony
- Champagne or nonalcoholic sparkling cider
- Small wedding cake
- Ceremony in front of our large stone fireplace, on our garden deck, or in the forest surrounding the inn
- Photography of your ceremony and the photos digitally preserved on two CD disks (one for home and one for your safe deposit box) - extra CD's for family and friends available at nominal cost
Package price: $795 including tax (no extra fees or gratuities except the license fee of $30 which is paid to the Town Clerk)
10% discount for additional nights lodging (5% in holiday and fall foliage periods)
Add a honeymoon day:

- Country carriage ride or sleigh ride
- Gondola ride to the top of Mount Mansfield, highest mountain in Vermont - call us to check on seasonal availability
- Lunch at the Cliff House restaurant at the top of the Mount Mansfield or at another prominent Stowe restaurant if the gondola is not running
Extra honeymoon day package: $295 including tax (no extra fees or gratuities)
